LOVE is a state of altered consciousness in which one feels free from worry and anxiety. It is a state of happiness, a very high state of joy. It may be experienced during meditation, exercise, sex, and prayer among other methods. It is a transcendent state of consciousness, of heightened awareness and energy, more fully alive. Love is the result of fecund energy.
